Nature of This Website

This is a private reference site. It does not hold government authority, store official jail or court records, confirm current custody, release a person, post bail, or file a document with any agency. Official action must come from the responsible office.

The site points visitors toward Lycoming County Prison, PA SAVIN, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, courts, parole resources, and federal systems. Some pages also connect to outside research tools. Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101 through 67.3104, applies to qualifying agency records, not to this private site.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming people, systems, or other visitors. You must not:

• Break any applicable law while using the site
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited eligibility decision

No Consumer Reporting Service

Lycoming County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not furnish credit reports, consumer reports, background checks, or screening services, and its advertising partners do not provide those services through this site. You agree not to use any site or linked-tool information for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
• Tenant selection, housing eligibility, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for government benefits
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Ownership of Site Materials

Original text, design elements, graphics, logos, and code belong to Lycoming County Released Inmates or the applicable content partner. Government records and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, or modify protected site material without written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted. Continued use after publication of a revision means you accept the updated terms.

Suspension of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to any part of the site at any time, with or without notice, when reasonably necessary or for any reason allowed by law.

Pennsylvania Governing Law
